Senator Phillips moved that the Judiciary Committee referral be                
waived on SENATE BILL NO. 26 "An Act relating to the location                  
of the convening of the legislature in regular session; and providing          
for an effective date."  Senator Duncan objected.                              
                                                                               
Senator Salo called the Senate, then lifted her call.                          
                                                                               
Senator Phillips called the Senate.  The President stated the call was         
satisfied.
